The only way to cure Finch is to employ him. He may not be able to fit into society but he can still be useful.

 

I reckon that's prob'ly the last thing he wants.

 

I'd agree, though if he turned from poacher to gamekeeper he'd be good at keeping an eye on scrotes up to no good.

 

Could be paid in parcels of batteries/food/whiskey/socks in different places, plus an old boat somewhere to kip in.

he's a roamer, so we'd have to have a fund to pay him by results - a case of Scotch for each varmint he delivered in unmarked condition to the local nick, to be paid on successful prosecution?
