Good morning,

looking for a brass case 100mm back stem temperature gauge. Lots of stainless examples out there, but struggling to find a brass one, any suggestions please?

If you really want brass and can’t find one, you could get a stainless gauge and dismantle it and electroplate it with brass.  Never done it myself, but apparently it can be done at home, or if money is not a problem, get it plated professionally

Great idea Chewbacka, it's odd I didn't think of it myself, as I have a Francis tunnel light that has been dechromed back to brass, and have a spare chromed Francis that I've got it in mind to remove the chrome from. Going to try hydrochloric acid sometime soon.

Thanks, I'll make a few enquires.
