Tony Brooks Posted May 17, 2020 Report Share Posted May 17, 2020 For fairness I did notice after going a long way past the opening text on the Bruntons website that they do make twin units ad even one with a thrust bearing that will take radial misalignment but no mention of this in the main text. I would not like to put end thrust through a two element unit without a thrust bearing, I fear the intermediate shaft may dog leg and lift and tear the rear engine mounts.
