Drip feed diesel heater

Hi all

I've just bought a vintage Dutch steel cruiser and it has a 'Juno' drip feed diesel heater. There are no instructions and I have no idea how to fire it up!  I've looked all over the internet too and can find anything.

Can anyone possibly help please?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know the heater but it looks as though there's a Toby regulator like the ones on Refleks and Kabola stoves.  Google "Toby valve".  There's plenty of information online.  I would suggest the burner pot needs a thorough clean.

Also seems to be missing its catalyser, so might not burn very cleanly with a blue flame when lit.
