This does seem a good oppurtunity, and just goes to show that being in the right place at the right time can yield results. Tis a pity that the vendor is giving up boating but at least they are being realistic and should be rewarded with a quick sale. Good luck with any surveys although at the price and on face value even some repairs would keep it within a respectable budget although I suspect the circumstances the vendor finds themselves in will mean that it is an unexpected sale so I would imagine it has been kept in good running order as they wont have expected giving up the boat so soon
