Aren't the hire boat companies up in arms? I've hired twice out of Bath, headed east. Never had any trouble apart from the constant long term moorers. Surely the hire companies would kick some backsides? 😯

Hello. We've just bought our first narrowboat. I wonder if you could be so kind as to point us in the right direction to a decent broker / insurance company in regards to insuring the boat and contents please? It seems there are a lot to choose from on here? We'll be using it for leisure purposes for now, and possibly liveaboard by this time next year, so second year probably.
