  2. I also have Ham radio onboard but that is not any use as no one seems to use it when i scan

  13. Hope not to hijack the thread but can someone tell me just how a narrow boat should sit in the water,i ask as mine seems very bow up stern down when i look at it

I had the same problem with our Puffin,i drilled the door on each corner and used Stainless nuts and bolts with washer bent on one side to secure the glass and no more problems,i think i used 6mm bolts just make sure you drill in the correct place and use large od washers bent on one side to contact the glass Mick

    Hi we have 2 170ah leisure batteries on board, i want to add more batteries is it ok to add maybe two 135ah the this bank. Mick
  19. Just open the valves and your good to go,mine is 3 years old and never a drip.i am told there is agrub screw which you can put a small amount of silicne grease in to keep it from leaking Mick
