Is that how you ended up owning 3 boats? Did he forget to tell you that when you buy the 2nd you should sell the 1st and so on?

How can anyone help you if you continually ignore requests for more information and/or photos. It makes it look like you don't want help at all, just to wind people up. I suspect you will be getting ignored from now on. Or having the piss taken.

Apparently it's all a hoax. Or it isn't but it's nothing to do with the little bit of CO2 produced by human activity. Or even if it is it doesn't really matter because the planet has always had temperature fluctuations and has survived (we can conveniently ignore the fact that the planet didn't need to support 8 billion humans when this has happened in the past). Anyway, it's summer innit. Many of us are old enough to remember 1976 so what are people worried about? It was great then and now we can have lovely warm/dry summers every year.

Just be aware that a few of those listed may not be free CRT facilities. The list also includes services available, usually for a fee, in boatyards and marina's etc.

Unless I've missed it, I don't think anyone has mentioned canalplan yet. Well known for being a brilliant journey planner, it's also good for finding the nearest water points, turning points, toilet emptying points, pump-outs and rubbish disposal points for whatever location you happen to be in. My local patch too. At least it was from age 0 to 17. Half a century ago now since I left but 3 of my 4 siblings are still there. We lived about 3 minutes walk from the river Bure though sadly it was in GY. I had one hire holiday, way back in 1976, so I could see it from the water rather than from the shore and also a day boat about 10 years ago. Quite fancy another hire there but that's unlikely while I still own a narrow boat which I'm currently unable to use as much as I'd like.

Put it on CRT's Twitter and see what they say. I did similar about the the large weed/bush/tree growths at the edge of the Puddlebanks visitor moorings some time back. The following year it had been removed. May have been coincidence, I don't know, but it's worth a try. I don't really do Twitter but I have got an account to use for complaints, getting the attention of firms' customer services etc. The more keen they are on using Twitter the more effective such complaints seem to be.
