I hope you are well and its not too cold in Canada! Paul has sent me images of the original stern of Gorse and I have made several trips to survey Mendip but I was hoping you might have images of Admiral during its restoration especially the stern from the inside before the back cabin went in...it would just be a missing jigsaw piece

Thanks for your encouraging words...do you have any images from the restoration of Admiral? I am trying to get as much info together on the construction of the stern ready to build a new one. I have built a stern already but an element of it has been educated guess work and I want to get Gorse as right as possible. All the best Toby

The front half certainly needs a lot of work. I have spent two weeks just cutting everything back to the original...hopefully tomorrow I can start the actual fun bit and lay the new bottom plates and bolt in a new front bulkhead. If you have any images of the stern I would love to see them. All being well I hope to do a restoration blog if I can find the time. All the bes...
