ex-member200218 Posted January 19, 2012 Report Posted January 19, 2012 Now this is weird! I've been thinking a lot about this exact same recipe lately which, I was told many moons ago, is called potato casserole - lovely! Especially with layers of sliced onion and dotted with butter so that the top gets slightly golden and crisp, like a hotpot. Could also try it with some slices of carrot tucked in the layers somewhere
dor Posted January 19, 2012 Report Posted January 19, 2012 Bake in the oven gas mark 6 for 40 mints or until the potato’s have absorbed the oxo-water Best to use lamb Oxo then?
