BW and CRT have been running these moorings down, slowly reducing the numbers of boats here to less than a third of the length filled. 

Now,  though, lots of posh new signs  and an Overstay fee of £150 A NIGHT! ! for any boat mooring there without a mooring agreement...3 separate notices

How can it be an overstay if you have never stayed there before?

And what ridiculous justification is there for £ 150

These signs appear to be going up on all the Waterside Moorings, it is the same in Armitage and in Fradley.
