clintonr
I have noticed a very very small amount of water around the bleed screw on my skin tank I recently changed the antifreeze in the engine. What type of washer can I use to create a water tight seal. I used the old washer and can't remember what type in is. blackrose
Would some PTFE tape on the threads help too? Get the gas PTFE. It's thicker and easier to apply. Can also be used on threads for water systems. http://www.wickes.co.uk/Wickes-PTFE-Gas-Tape-12mm-x-5m/p/420073 It's all I have on my bleed screw - no washer.
