Links to flood condition pages

As we approach the season of possible flooding and more dangerous conditions, especially on river systems, I wonder if a pinned post with links to sites which hold flood information may be helpful.

To start the ball rolling here's a couple I know of:

River Wey and Godalming Navigations - http://riverweyconditionsnt.wordpress.com

River Thames - http://riverconditions.environment-agency.gov.uk

Environment Agency Flood Warnings - http://riverconditions.environment-agency.gov.uk

I am sure some of you have all the river system pages linked but I just thought something 'central' and available to all may help.

River Soar and catchment areas.

When the EA sites say it is likely to cause flooding, it means to homes and properties, the navigation is generally in flood well before this happens.
