Licence renewals

For eight of the past ten years there has been a mistake on my renewal reminder. Every year I waste time and effort getting BW/Cart to sort it out. Last year after the same boring ritual I was advised that in future I should send them a reminder a month in advance so that they could could send me a reminder for the correct amount.

Always had a reminder, 6 weeks before expirery, for each of the 5 years we have had the boat.

Boat owned five years and never a problem.

There is no blue copy anymore all the certificates are by electronic means

 

Mine, done last year, was sent by the examiner straight to CRT, he did give me a copy.

1 week on and after phoning and emailing still no renewal documentation !
