Thetford 465 and 365 (or 165) = are cassettes interchangeabe?

Does anyone know? I can't seem to work it out from the Thetford website or any chandlery website I've been to. We have a 465 and I want to buy another for the shed but 365s abound on ebay for cheap cheap whereas 465s are a lot more expensive and as well as a new bog I also want a spare cassette into the bargain. Hopefullt someone out there knows. Ta for looking.

Yes they are the same.

 

I have a 365 in the caravan and a 465 on the boat and change the bases around regularly.

I had a 465 in the past. The only difference from memory, is the 465 is electric flush and the 365 manual flush.

That's true.

 

So convenient when you have a 6 year old who likes to keep his finger on the button until all the water is transferred from top to bottom.
