The first one isn't supposed to have nice lines. It was built specifically as a static boat by Lambourne hull. No engine, or even any kind of swim so no chance of fitting sterngear. It's moored directly opposite me on the Avon.

 

It's nice inside but can't see the point unless someone wants a static boat as a home or perhaps an office.
