welder/fabricator in the north west

Anybody know someone around Manchester/Cheshire who can make a new connector from my fire to the flue pipe. It would need to be 3-4mm steel I guess one diameter off the top of the fire and a different diameter flue pipe at a certain angle. I have the exact details. Anyone know a handy welder?
