I did speak to CRT this morning who said that blackburn locks had re-opened - tried to post it separately but it got tagged on to an earlier post... great confirmation from Nigel on the ground (I hope not literally given the low water)

Water levels are near normal now, just fighting my way through all the crap in the cut!
