Hi,

 

Does anyone know of someone who will come out to service the above. Tried descaling and plunger but no joy. Seems to have been badly neglected.

Any advice welcome.

Very badly--it disposes of solids after 3 or 4 flushes and they have to be helped on their way with a large pan of water It seems to be trying to suck but deposits around 50% of effluent back in the bowl

It might be the air inlet valve or the non return valve.

 

I think if you get the macerator part out its fairly easy to work on on a bench.

 

If it's like mine then the works are easy to get out.
