Foul ridge services open

I see from Waterscape these are now open,

 

They're not that old and I'm actually wondering if they were closed longer than they'd been open !!!

 

not sure i've ever seen them fully open !

They seem to have been closed for a b****y long time, apparently there was a problem with the sewers

The reason was that the original builders tapped the sewage discharge into a fresh water drain which went to the local beck.

 

They also built the sani-station back to front meaning the room designed to house the pump out machine faces away from the canal

 

All in all a right old mess up.
