Roasted sweetbreads are a delecacy too, or NUTS to you

Yes I love sweetbreads, though I've never had them roasted.

The nicest I ever had were at the Lebanese restaurant, on Avenue George V, in Paris.

Difficult to prepare so I rarely cook them, myself, though.

Sweetbreads in a lesbian restaurant? Now theres two words you dont often find in the same sentance.

Ive eaten calves, straight from the animal after the vet visited one morning, cooked of course. Muscovy and indian runners, bulls and pigs.

I feel ill now. I must have been so drunk or showing off. Never again.

Uhm, excuse me for spoiling the fun. But sweetbreads are internationaly thymus glands of veal, young beef, lamb and pork. Testies, are sometimes called sweetbreads too. But not as often and I dare say very regionaly.

I think the fun element, in this thread, died out 18 months ago.

The pancreas is known as sweetbread, too.
