Anyone know a good chippy?... (in the East Midlands)

I want to get some fixed seats built with storage underneath... I thought about doing it myself and then thought against the idea. Does anyone know, or is anyone on the forum wanting a job over the next couple of months or so. Our boat is based at Sawley Marina.
