Could this cause Vibration at higher rpms?

Really don't want to be pesimistic but Hakuna has a three blade prop one of which is slightly bent from an underwater encounter and yet no signs of vibration is evident in the boat. To experience your problem it may be the boat itself and looking at the welding in the swim I would be concerned.

Our bent prop blades caused some really bad vibrations through the boat. It was really uncomfortable at anything above 1000rpm. We are a much lighter boat so i guess the problem was worse but even so it wasnt nice.

I have vibration on Ocelot that can be felt at the bow.

 

It generally starts at about 250 rpm and goes up to a filling rattling 900 rpm (above that is dangerous ground)

 

I think its the lack of engine mounts and the big bolts that go down in to the engine beds.

 

It becomes quiet soothing after a while :lol:
