Hello,

 

I am planning a tip from the GU up the regents canal towards as far as camden - then back again. This will be over the Chritsmas to New Year year period. Are there any restrictions or mooring problems in this area. I have never been up this stretch so any info would be gratefully received.

Simple run - no locks. Some nice moorings just short of Camden after the dogleg bend after the zoo, towpath locked at night (BW key). Not really aware of any problem areas, just use your common sense!

Will be doing the same trip (one way) but from Aylesbury on Fulbourne starting Xmas Eve, wave if you see us.

not a chance in hell of mooring at Camden. havent seen any boats move from here for nearly 2 months. There are 5 permanent moorers and four overstayers

Then untie the overstayers.
