That’s Sidbury lock by the Commandery I seem to recall. First lock up from Diglis basin.
it was a big transformation when they pulled the wall down and restored the Commandery 

Much of the left hand wall remains as per the picture. The bottom gates appear a tiny bit  stubby to fit by the bridge taking large volumes of traffic from the London Rd into Worcester. 
 

Edit, it looks like the bridge (where the photo is taken from)  is not as close as it is now. Gates always stubby then…
