I have one of these it is brilliant, the design allows it to climb stairs and other lumps & bumps.

This is mine, I believe it to be the King of Sack Barrows! Chunkier than other folding sack barrows, but Oh those tires are so much better on rough/muddy towpaths. We use it for big grocery collections, big laundry trips, cassettes x3, stove fuel (normally heat logs), a canoe etc. It's great.

 

Only problem was a bus driver once refused my wife entry to the bus as he accused her of lying when she said she was using it for shopping!

 

(OK strictly speaking I attached it to one end of the canoe to give it wheels, it did make the portage much easier though!)
