Given the damage around where the flue/chimney it’s strange they don’t know what caused the fire!

They need to find an e-scooter to blame it on the current fashion of lithium batteries.

What causes a boat to sink, assuming it's a steel hull? Is it the water the fire brigade use to put the fire out? I wouldn't expect the fire to get hot enough to affect the welding.
