Seeking Experienced Boat Inspector on the Shropshire Union Canal

Before I proceed with the expenses and logistics involved in a full survey for a boat I'm interested in, I'm looking to find someone knowledgeable who can join me in thoroughly exploring it first since I don't have much knowledge in boats/engines myself,. The boat is currently located on the Shropshire Union Canal. If anyone is available and willing to be compensated for their time and expertise, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
