junior
Was going through some old photos at my mums the other day and found this amongst some other photos. I had never seen or heard of a canal/narrowboat before but went to stay with an auntie who lived near Milton Keynes and it looks like we visited Stoke Bruerne. I got to ride on a chaps boat and help with some locks. My first canal experience and it never left me. I reckon it would have been late 80's maybe 1990 ish. Anyone know what the hysteric boats are in the photo?

Mike Tee
I’m guessing taken from the top floor of the museum? And don’t forget ‘Charlie’ the trip boat still going strong, can’t be far from being hysteric and definitely a working boat!
