You mean the man (whose name I do know) whom we refer to  as "Mr. Manydogs". I think he and his wife have four or five on board.

Private contractor for the bins, same firm as the convention.

Perhaps an unduly harsh epithet. When I have chatted to them on the towpath, as they walk past with the latest consignment of dogs, I have found them perfectly pleasant.

 

You obviously know the area well. Do you moor locally? Your boat's name doesn't ring a bell. If you do, and you see us on our boat, please do make yourself known to us.
