I used to enjoy watching the webcam at Braunston. Then it was sometimes erratic and I was told a new one was due. This thread reminded me, so I've asked if the 'newest new' was fitted .........will let you know when I hear back

Big breaths taken and I so hope I'm way I've got Question Time on TV at present and it occured to me 'what a wonderful opportunity for BBC to BURY news'. This programme is from Scotland and quite naturally the main topic is Scottish independence. Did the beeb really anticipate x? many weeks in advance that THIS prog was going to be the first QT after the pageant? 'So let's site it as far away from London as is poss and fool the divvys'?!! ed typpngs

vertie to lydford castle as I catch up - well done to those totally alone, isolated and unmentioned yougsters. And the dragon boat which featured on local news with the oddly named Cool Runnings. I did see the Cornish rowers who were featured on a pre-programme... yep the boat was shown! Am catching up still........ will be back in a mo cos QT is driving mea bit cross!

How I'd love it if Rolf's words were compulsory learning and doing to every politico/buerocrat/work shy everywhere!! I found them so appropriate. And the beeb still cant get the sub titles right! Re the Concert! Sorry was in a hurry to post!

David I totally agree. The beeb amde a complete cods of it! Alan and George - I quite agree, and Alan knows I am nowhere near being a boaty person! But to see the Beeb making such a cods of a great opportunity is unforgivable. It would be nice if the 'Beatty' people would post?
