  1. A couple of years ago I was traveling down the canal, one lock away from the river, so had already put on my life jacket. A bloke came by us on his mobility scooter and somehow ended up in the canal in front of us. Hard to say if the lifejackets made things harder from our point of view assisting him. Should it have been him wearing one instead of us?
  2. Looking good. Beeston marina Nottingham not on there.

Funnily enough, that's part of my day job. So just go on full cassette basis. For now!

I've not done anything with the data as of yet but am hoping after the1st year to be able to work out all of the basics, water used, diesel for heating, amount of waste produced, miles travelled and other bits and bobs.

    Bugger, maybe she's right.
  6. Does anyone else keep a diary, spreadsheet of fueling, water filling, emptying cassette toilet, cleaning, etc? Or is it just me, drives my other half mad.
  7. As the above post, absolutely go for it. Then start a post on how you get £42000 of renovations for £1200 because that's seriously intriguing.
  8. Not sure how long you've owned the house but if you bought it off the council 5 years ago you may end up having to give them a large percentage of the profit. I know where I am it's 10 years of ownership before you get to keep all profits from the sale.
