Hi all right here's a question I no has been answered many times before but I was on the boat 2 weeks ago just for a few hours over 2 days & both days when I got home I noticed bad head aches feeling sick etc & on both occasions I had lot the stove. Now my boat only passed its BSC on the 16th Nov and the stove was checked. The boat is now out if the water anyway as its being blacked & a few other bits doing so I've asked them to check the stove. But am wondering wot is it that produces CO? Is there always CO in a stove but as long as the stove isn't leaking then your ok? Someone has told me that buy turning the damper & vents right down it will produce it? Ps I do have a CO /fire detector but this didnt go off.

Well ive just had the bad news the inverter is pooped.and its going to cost 1500 to replace so as you can imagine am not best pleased!!!

I have a pure sine inverter onboard & when I got to the boat this morning the lights were very dim & water pump was hardly worked. It's connected to hook up. I went to switch inverter on but didnt even light up. Got the macanic at marina to come over & check & he checked power from shore & batteries eye. It turns out the inverter has blown a fuse & hasn't been charging up the batteries. So any ideas folks?

Called into Aquaduct to see a mate on his boat and see moore hall on the brokerage there. Its up for 21k not a bad boat for a starter boat. Many happy and fond memories onboard moore hall. I found my likeing to the town of Lymm On Bridgewater on board moore hall. Weere we moored for 2 nights there on 4 night trip.

Ill stick to the normal paint & brush then cherrs for advice can you use stove once its dry?

I bought a BWkey off ebay only to find it opens toilets blogs etc but doesnt open the water points,,,

Probably a bit late to be doing this now but my stove chiminey is getting slighty rusty as well as parts of the stove. I no you can get heat proof paint for the stove but on searching ive found and aerosol one plus noraml paint. Which ones do you guys use? Any advice grateful.
