I agree and would strongly recommend looking at ex-hire boats for that sort of accommodation. Often better maintained too.
I bought my 60 ft cruiser stern ex-hire for that sort of money last year, and its got loads more equipment and storage than that shown on yours.
It is 1990, separate twin and double bedrooms, two pump-out toilets, shower, c/h, morco multi-fuel stove, 1600 watt inverter, modern 42 hp Isuzu engine, 5 domestic + 1 starter batteries, mid galley with lots of cupboard space, smaller lounge but can convert to another double bed if wanted, all the beds and lounge seating have large drawers/cupboards under, 2 full length wardrobes, and 4 floor standing cupboards, large storage area under the front deck. And so on!
I found better value boats on Midlands and Northern waterways than on Southern as well.
I don't live aboard, but I have been delighted with my ex-hire boat.
