I know its hard to comfort at times like this, but it sometimes helps to remember all the happy times you shared with your sister.
I hope that you are feeling a lickle bit better, knowing that you have good friends on here who care about you and although understand why you are so sad right now, will try to comfort you

I too will continue to use the services of Richard's chandlery, as he has always been very kind to me, as well as giving me lots of useful information regarding my boat. He is never too busy to explain things and always advised me on which product, best suited my needs ( quite rare with some businesses these days) I wish him continuing success as hes a great bloke a very happy continuing customer edited for typos lol -

I like being a dreamer plus I would love more money and sense, opps!! and I am a woman whahayyyyyyyyyyy.... it does not matter if you are male or female, non of us are perfect( well I am on a good day and we were all 'newbies' once ( I still am ). So the OP made a mistake and she has apologised. Isnt it much nicer if we all just help each other out, it isnt really that hard to do. I just hope that as a newbie ( have lived on a boat, many years ago folk will be as nice to me as I am to them. Btw off topic, but wish you all a happy,peaceful and joyful 2012 adn may all your dreams come true and being nice to folk costs nowt and it makes you feel good

Yikes! as I am terrified of fire ( after being rescued from 3 housefires when I was small) does my flue look faraway enough from the side of my boat ?? Matty 40, bless did check out my chimney for me, when he came to help out myself and starcoaster and said it was ok, and so was the fireboard surround. I was thinking of getting some nice tiles to make a feature out of the fire, yet now after reading these threads, maybe it would be best to go for the brass sheet option, as a newbie moving onto my boat fulltime next summer, any advice will be greatfully received. I also only bought my boat earlier this year, its a great feeling isnt it. She was called Bodger but I re-named her treespirit after she was craned back into the water after a nice paint job. Have a wonderful time with your boat and hopefully catch you all on the cut for a natter. take care have a fabulous 2012 -
