Brand new boat for £60k can't see a problem. Engine is listed as "Engines Plus" which I've never heard of. No galvanic isolator, boat that new I'd be tempted to fork out for an isolation transformer. Layout is good for leisure use but not ideal for liveaboard, dinette style seating isn't something to relax on.I'd personally factor in the cost of new signwriting after a name change but that's subjective.

Fill the tank to the brim at the first opportunity.Most narrowboat engines pootling along a canal will use a litre an hour. If you have an engine hour counter note the reading when you fill up. Brim the tank again after say fifty hours. If it takes fifty litres to fill again then you are using a litre an hour.I'd also be tempted to make a mark on the dipstick of the level when you refill so you will have a good idea of when you have used x amount of litres.Don't run the tank too low or you stand a good chance of getting crud from bottom of tank into filters.On a 150 litre tank I wouldn't want to regularly go below 50 litres left in tank. Carrying a couple of army jerry cans gives you an extra 35 litres which means you can choose when and where to fill up.
