For various reasons I have sold my boat and have therefore vacated my permanent mooring at Bugbrooke marina. If anyone is interested it is a nice little place, laid-back and friendly, with basic but sufficient amenities (water, electricity, toilets, Elsan disposal, rubbish & recycling collection, secure car park) and a helpful onsite warden. It is situated on a 13-mile lock-free pound between Whilton and Stoke Bruerne (through the long Blisworth tunnel which is interesting!). The village is within walking distance and there is a canalside pub (The Wharf) almost next door. Here are the details:

I have certainly enjoyed my time there and it will be sad to leave, but I am sure that I'll be back at some point.
So, goodbye for now, all the best to everyone, and I'll pop back in here occasionally to see if anyone has taken up my spot or wants any questions answered.
Cheers, Will.
