Based on both my professional and personal experience you are incorrect.

I don't know if I do or not, what I have is enough to identify the address of where these accounts are being made from. I have been liaising with the police, mainly because I'd hate to think someone was on the throws of a mental health breakdown and I didn't do anything, but also because If I am wrong, and I hope I am then it may bring this to an end. Not much to report, police looking into it, will probably not be up there with their top priorities but I am hoping for at least a welfare check. Will share info as and when it's available or appropriate.
