Boater Sam
One of my ex business partners moved a recently charged car battery. As he put it down, the top blew off into his face. Fortunately he had glasses on and I grabbed him and pushed his head into the loo and flushed it. Apart from a few bruises he was OK. The battery was not. The battery was not. Many years ago my wife worked with someone who's husband was a car mechanic. A battery exploded in his face whilst he was working under a car bonnet. He lost the sight in one eye as a small piece of casing struck him directly in the eye.
