Reggio 240/12 Volt Fridge 35L £190 - What do you think???

It seems a very good value fridge. The smaller Reggio fridge has 3 good reviews, but none for this model. I've never heard of the make.

 

I would appreciate opinions or experience with this make.

Just look at the power consumption quoted.

Read the small print.

 

Please note that before every outing, the appliance must be run on mains operation to operating temperature. Once this is done, you can operate the fridge off your 12v battery for the duration of your journey. This will maintain the pre-achieved temperature until you arrive at your destination when you need to revert to a 220/240v supply to maintain temperature.

 

It is NOT a 12v fridge. its a standard 240v fridge with a little 12v cooler that will not work well enough on its own.

Simple rule when buying a 12V fridge: if it costs under £500, ask where they've cut corners......
