Alternative Cassette Rinse ?

Is their something cheaper than Elsan Rinse when emptying the cassette bog ?

 

What about this, if not what nice smelling eco liquid could we use that's cheep ?

I must admit I've never bothered to put anything (other than water) in the flushing tank. Never had a problem ....

 

I use the sachets in the bottom tank.

Always just used water.

Water sounds bloody good to me.

 

Jobs good enough if that's all that's needed.

We flush ours with plain water when 'in service'. Its worth running a bit of limescale remover (assuming you cruise in hard water areas)through occasionally to increase the lifespan of the seals.

 

also give the swivels and door mech a squirt of silicone lubricant occasionally to keep the seals supple..
