Voting - additional time to vote

As a candidate I have been informed today that voting has been extended to

"23:59 on Thursday 17 December 2015"

"due to an administrative error by ERS a small number of eligible electors were not sent login details earlier in the voting period, the reason for which we (ERS) are investigating."

 

It is not clear to me whether this is just for the Volunteer constituency or all constituencies, for some voters ie those that have recieved a late vote or all voters.

 

Either way if you are a registered Volunteer it gives me another opertunity to remind you to vote "Just for me" Thanks
