Composting toilet

Hi all,

Not a debate about the pros and cons. The computer fan that extracts and dries the poo failed yesterday it went up in smoke as I was sat on the throne, literally goodness gracious great balls a fire .

The fuse thankfully blew seconds later so no harm done, the repair was cheap enough a new fan from maplins was 6 ish squids and only took minutes to fit. The fan has run for over 3 years so cant complain about maintenance costs either.

But what surprised me was the lack of smell so Mr Spuddings must be working in so much as air passing over the vent venturied the smells away , its not every persons choice but my loo suits me which is how it should be
