London Olympic Waterways

Went on a test cruise of the London Olympic waterways yesterday, organised by St Pancras CC. See

for timelapse video of the trip.

 

The 'mirror' bridge by Carpenters lock makes a good photo opportunity, not that obvious in the video. Hopefully both CRT and London Legacy will be happy with the test cruise and will open the waterways to all....subject to water levels as these waterways are flood relief rather than normal canals.
