peterboat
What make of stove was your old one? Seems a tad extreme changing a stove when only the glass has broken I changed the stove because it was a multifuel stove with wraparound central heating boiler it used to put my wood fire out! but was ok on solid fuel. But as I have a lot of wood it makes no sense to buy solid fuel. The new stove is a tim systems stove and it burns wood perfik and still manages to heat rads and water. The old stove is going in the sons house so its no loss Peter
