Skye Posted January 5, 2013 Report Share Posted January 5, 2013 from the diaphragm casing I've read somewhere that you can over tighten the pump casing - try silicone (small amount don't blather it on)and just nip the cover on. (I am a engineer by trade and we use Jabsco pumps at work albeit a lot bigger than the ones found on boats) Knowing Jabsco I would think the service kits are quite expensive, leased ways they are for our pumps!
