CRT say the proposals to limit the amount of days in any month/year that we can moor on VMs won't apply to Hire boats and Share Boats.

***** Edited to add that shared ownership craft licence as private boats (they have the option of paying the same licence fee as a hire boat but the overwelming majority choose not to). Currently, BW/CaRT does not officially know that a boat is shared ownership

Thanks, I didn't remember seeing that. Fair enough, possibly, for a hire boat because it pays a licence about 3x as much as a private one. Share boats? Hmmmmm
