York Boat Meet (800th city anniversary)

I note a few boats are beginning to accumulate below Lendal bridge. (I counted 5 NB's rafted up in pairs), plus other boats dotted around.

 

With the current weather forecast (heavy rain), I hope the owners are aware the river is VERY prone to flooding.

 

I write this as its raining heavily already, and forecast to continue for 48 hours.

See OP, he states there were 5 NBs already there this morning. Although how 5 boats are rafted in pairs is baffling!
