Any decent boat mechanic should be able to investigate an overheating engine.  The PJ series are  pretty plain vanilla diesel engines.  Where are you, so we can make local suggestions?.

 

In the meantime:

 

How is the engine cooled? Skin tank, raw water?.

Is the header tank level ok ( if fitted).

Have any/all skin tanks been bled clear of air?

When does it overheat? E.g: Soon after starting,  a fair bit later, only when giving it beans ?

Is the exhaust pipe clear?

 

A few pictures of the engine and all its pipework might help.
