Has anyone used LeeScale Bio-Degradeable De-Scaler in their holding tank? Did it work?

Not sure but we have used their acid based descaler in our maceator, I think they use phosphoric acid which I think is bio-degradable, they may use formic acid which is a natural product and bio-degradable usually used in kettle descaler.
